《上海公报》是中美发表的第一个联合公报，由此确立了两国发展相互关系应遵循的原则，特别是一个中国原则。

这成为中美关系正常化及两国建交的政治基础。

根据我了解到的情况，中美双方将于近期开展一系列纪念活动，共同回顾历史、展望未来。

中方反对谋求单方面军事优势、损害他国安全、加剧地缘政治竞争、渲染对立对抗、破坏国际安全秩序和全球战略稳定的行为。

中国有句俗话，叫“种瓜得瓜，种豆得豆”。

我们希望有关方面摒弃冷战思维和意识形态偏见，多做有利于世界和平和地区安全稳定的事，避免给别国和自己制造麻烦和问题。

作为原则，我可以告诉你，中方一向主张，对于两国经贸关系中的问题，中美双方应本着相互尊重、平等协商的精神妥善加以解决。

从自身单方面利益出发，进行威胁和施压无助于解决问题，只能破坏双方互信和对话谈判的气氛。

ZhaoLijian:Inotedrelevantreports.TheChinesesidehasnointerestincommentingonthat.4凤凰卫视记者：据报道，美方在1月28日发给联合国外层空间事务办公室的照会中，否认了中国关于星链卫星两次危及中国空间站安全的说法，称星链卫星的活动没有达到既定紧急碰撞标准的门槛，因此在任何一种情况下都不需要紧急通知。

美方照会还称，中方在给联合国发出照会之前，并没有联系美方有关部门并表达有关星链卫星带来危险的担忧。

在相关避碰事件中，美国星链卫星均处于连续轨道机动状态，机动策略和意图不明。

中国在轨航天员面临着现实、紧迫的安全威胁。

中方不得不采取预防性碰撞规避控制。

避碰事件发生后，中方主管部门多次尝试邮件联系美方，但均未收到回复。

如今，美方却以所谓“紧急碰撞标准下限”的说法推卸责任、转移视线。

这并非一个航天大国应有的负责任态度。

更何况，美方也无权单方面设定一个“紧急碰撞标准下限”。

中方已将空间站有关信息在联合国登记，并在网站发布中国空间站轨道根数。

从维护中国航天员和空间站安全出发，中方愿同美方建立长效沟通机制，希望美方采取切实措施避免此类事件再次发生。

中方也希望各国都共同尊重以国际法为基础的外空国际体系，一道维护在轨航天员的生命安全和空间设施的安全稳定运行。
